It’s that time of year again.
Christmas, is almost upon us, the stress and excitement, the plans and the pressure is almost over.
Tis the season to be jolly, la la la la la la la!
Perhaps we can enjoy a few extra yummies and maybe have a drink or two. Personally, I think Christmas is the best time of year and I for one will take my foot off the pedal, just for a day or two; recuperate and reflect on the past year, which I am confident I will do with a broad Santa sized smile.
It’s been a great year in many ways and certainly a great year for B-Smart Martial Arts. There have been many changes which we have been well publicised through B-Smart social media. Yes, I have been quite vocal about those changes and in making it clear that we are on a mission to be the best martial arts schools in the South West, what is definite is that next year will see us leave the competition far behind for sure.
I say that with fear of sounding arrogant, which is the last thing I would want to do, however, to be clear, I am simply stating that at B-Smart we won’t settle for anything less. I don’t deny that I there is a business angle to being the best martial arts schools, but as we always make clear, the driving force is to continue building something to be proud of, something that represents value, integrity and quality. Building the B-Smart brand isn’t necessarily having the most schools and students, for us it is about delivering lessons that delivers upon its promise.
B-Smart martial arts, is what it says on the tin, martial arts. It’s what we are good at (the best), and we don’t try to be all singing and all dancing jack of all trades.

Online Video Instruction.
After a period of changes, and alterations, big and small, we have managed to dot the i’s and cross the t’s, to see the year out and to see the New Year in with plans to expand and provide an even greater service to the students and put us head kicks and shoulders above the rest.
There will be black belts moving towards advanced status, new schools, and new instructors. We will maintain our standards and make sure that any new team members including instructors will represent B-Smart with pride and integrity. They will have to prove themselves to be worthy of teaching the students our unique syllabus and not rushed through just to make money. In return, any new instructors will receive respect and support to a standard not usually given to instructors, (I know what it’s like not to feel appreciated).
We are also going to be developing an online platform for students who wish to have access to online training videos to support their classes. There will be detailed information about self-protection skills and psychology of self-protection that will be far more relevant than many martial arts schools are teaching.

Our developing website will also have an online shop for simple online ordering and purchasing of various B-Smart merchandise.
If there has been any doubt as to which martial arts school your children should be attending, next year will remove any doubt and it will be evident that we are the number one martial arts and self-protection school in the South West, (maybe next year we will venture outside of the South West)!
