Noah Holt began training with me at the age of just 6; he was my first student at the Melksham school. I recall waiting nervously at the top of the stairs, wondering if anyone was going to turn up for the very first Melksham lesson. At that point, I heard these little footsteps coming up the stairs with dad's voice saying, go on up, you go, you will be alright. From the minute Noah walked through the door, he has always shown outstanding commitment, dedication and a fantastic attitude to his martial arts training. Today Noah is 16 years old and now an assistant coach at the Melksham school. He is a tremendous example of what you can achieve when you consistently bring your best attitude to lessons. He is a real role model for the other children, and It is an absolute honour to be presenting Noah with his Ten-year commitment award
After hearing of his award Noah's dad said I remember ten years ago Noah coming home from school determined to join the martial arts group that had visited his school that day. At the age of six, Noah did not have a lot of confidence; he arrived at the Melksham opening night & was the first student through the door and has been committed to Martial Arts since that day.
With Shaun’s training, Noah has managed to deal with bullies throughout his secondary school career with a calm & controlled attitude; Noah is well mannered, polite & Loyal, which is evident in everyday life at home and also when Noah is assisting Shaun coach the younger students We are proud of Noah every day.
away from martial arts, Noah also enjoys listening & writing music, playing his guitar, gaming on his Xbox and is a member of Forest Fitness Bootcamp
